The CMI IPRT Program is designed to serve motivated consumers who want to make a change in their life in the areas of learning (education), living (housing), working (employment) or socialization.  The program uses small group settings to assist consumers in developing skills and coordinating resources in the community to become successful and satisfied in their choices. 

The IPRT Program is a community support service for adults, at least 18 years of age, who are diagnosed with a serious and persistent mental illness. 

Referrals can be made by calling IPRT at (716) 282-2843 to schedule an initial interview and visit to the program. 

The program is funded by Medicaid or private pay fee.
