The NCPVRCE Program is dedicated to ensuring optimal levels of both service and opportunity in employment, including integrated and supported employment, for individuals with psychiatric diagnosis.

An interagency team of existing mental health, vocational rehabilitation and employment services, collaborating to promote a caring and responsive community environment for Niagara County mental health service recipients, seeking competitive employment.

 The NCPVRCE Program is part of the Community Support Services (CSS) Division, in which all programs are dedicated to providing a community-based, rehabilitative, restorative environment for persons 18 years of age and older, who have a psychiatric disability.

This program is supported by the Niagara County Department of Mental Health and the New York State Office of Mental Health.
