Volunteer Opportunities

Sometimes, the road of life gets bumpy and the ride is not as smooth as we’d like. Potholes like the loss of a job, the death of a spouse, a family homeless due to fire or an illness that creates staggering medical bills, can result in people feeling financially and emotionally stranded.

In tough times, Community Missions of the Niagara Frontier is nearby, filling in the gaps and helping the disadvantaged steer around the pitfalls. By providing crisis housing, the Community Kitchen, food pantry and clothes closet, CMI offers relief in difficult circumstances and makes available an opportunity to get back on the road to independence.

Often times, the needs of ourneighbors are greater than our resources, which is where you come in. By donating your gently used furniture, clean, non-torn clothing and shoes, along with food contributions and monetary support, CMI is assured of being there whenever those in hardship come to us for assistance.

Become a Friend of the Mission. Find out what exciting possibilities are available to be part of this journey. We’ll be glad to have you along for the ride.
