DESCRIPTION: Assumes responsibility for the overall integration and processing of the Trauma Informed Treatment Restorative Approach for the Aurora House program. Maintains a safe environment for staff, youth and families. Works in close and cooperative communications with Program Manager to ensure integration and compliance with all aspects of the Trauma Informed Treatment Restorative Approach. Completes service planning, individual and family therapy. Ensures clinical supervision of all staff. Follows written procedures of regulatory and certifying bodies (OCFS, DSS, OMH, OSHA, Health Department, etc.) as well as upholding guidelines, procedures and policies of Community Missions, Inc. On-Call responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Licensed Masters-Level Mental Health Professional, Infraction-clear NYS Driver’s License. Previous experience with seriously emotionally disturbed children and adolescents; family and individual counseling work, Small group leadership skills; Conflict resolution skills; Strong supervisory skills and experience leading teams.
Grade Level: 6
Salary Range: $60k minimum start and salary range then commensurate with degree and experience
Hours: Full time, some evening/weekend work may be required. On-Call Responsibilities
