2017 Compassion In Action Awards - Katherine Ellman - Northwest Bank

Community Missions will hold its 25th Annual Awards Brunch on Wednesday, May 24 at the LaSalle Yacht Club. Each day leading up to the event, we will profile one of the upcoming honorees. Today, Katherine Ellman of Northwest Bank, recipient of the Finance Award, will be featured.

Katherine Ellman is the Assistant Branch Manager at the Power City Branch of Northwest Bank. Katherine has assisted the Finance Office throughout the past year with the changeover of accounts from First Niagara to Northwest. This has included the set up of the many separate accounts that the agency is required to maintain due to Social Security regulations.

Katherine has assisted the Finance Office with the Missions' Collective Account, Dedicated Accounts, and individual accounts for each resident for whom we are the representative payee. She is quick to notify the office if there is any question or concern regarding any account, and consistently provides outstanding customer service to Community Missions and its residents. We are thankful for her commitment to serving the needs of our agency and clients, and her consistent professionalism!
