Last year, Crisis & Community Services provided over 13,000 nights of emergency shelter and provided over 218,000 meals. Referrals for the program come from an array of sources, including Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, Department of Social Services/Travelers Aid, Niagara Falls Police Sheriff/Parole, Churches, Clergy, and private individuals.
