Sources of food for this program include the Food Bank of Western New York, the Emergency Food & Shelter Program, Food Drives by local churches, organizations and businesses, and donations of non-perishable food items from individuals. We also gladly accept donations of fresh produce from grocery stores, farms, and gardeners.
In 2013, the Food Pantry program provided 29,079 meals to 3,231 individuals.
Please note: Emergency food distribution is provided at any time on a one-time basis. Individuals will be asked to pre-register for a regular distribution from the Food Pantry (or referred to the correct pantry if they live outside of our designated WNY Food Bank service area).
