General Overniew: This position is responsible for establishing and managing a comprehensive parole re-entry program. The incumbent manages the re-entry grant; staffs the Niagara County Re-entry Task Force (CRTF), conducts a comprehensive assessment of the local re-entry system; develops and facilitates a case conferencing process for high-risk offenders; and promotes the agency's core competency initiatives. Direct supervision is received from the Agency Operations Administrator.
Qualifications: Masters Degree with minimum 2 years experience working in the Criminal Justice system or a Bacherors Degree with 4 years experience working in the Criminal Justice system. Knowledge of laws pertaining to parole work, computer knowledge, record-keeping skills, and experience and proficiency with culturally diverse populations.
Hours: Full-Time
Salary Range: $49,000 - $54,000, annually.
