Maintenance Worker

General Description: Perform preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis, minor electrical work, not requiring a licensed electrician, carpentry repairs, lawn care and pick up donations.
Accountable To: Director of Operations
Qualifications: Experience in general maintenance, plumbing and carpentry needed. Able to pick up at least 50lbs. Clean, valid NYS drivers license required.
Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.40 hourly based on experience
Hours: Full Time
