Program: Maintenance
General Overview: Perform preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis, minor electrical work, not requiring a licensed electrician, carpentry repairs, lawn care and pick up donations.
Qualifications: Experience in general maintenance, plumbing and carpentry needed. Able to pick up at least 50lbs. Clean, valid NYS drivers license required.
Hours: Part-Time or Full-Time
Salary Range: $16.83 - $20.09, hourly
