Program: Family Solutions Program
General Overview: Provide case management and restorative justice services to youth involved with Niagara County Probation and their families. Coordinate treatment plans, facilitate individual and group skill-building sessions, and collaborate with probation, courts, schools, and community providers. Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, monitor participant progress, and provide crisis intervention as needed. Evening, weekend, and on-call availability is required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum of two years' experience working with at-risk youth and families. Knowledge of the juvenile justice system, family court process, crisis intervention, and case management preferred. Valid NYS Driver's License required.
Hours: Full-Time
Salary Range: $41,729 - $51,563, annually.
