Program: CHOICES Apartment Program 

General Overview: Keep facilities in a clean, sanitary, orderly manner at all times. Keep common areas picked up and orderly every day. Clean offices, bathrooms regularly and empty garbage daily. Clean, vacuum rugs, wash, and sanitize as needed. Keep storage rooms orderly. Prepare rooms for new residents and perform housekeeping in resident rooms as directed. Wash windows, light fixtures, polish furniture, etc. Perform other related duties/tasks as requested.

Qualifications: High School Diploma preferred. Cleaning experience. Clean & valid New York State Driver's License. 

Grade Level: 2

Salary Range: $31,600 - $34,000 annually for Full Time Position OR $15.50 to $16.50 hourly for Part Time Postion.

Hours: Part Time & Full Time Positions Available.
