General Overview: The YHDP Transitional Housing Manager oversees daily operations of the Transitional Housing program serving youth and young adults. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating referrals and admissions, monitoring youth progress toward independent living, and ensuring a safe environment. The position maintains program documentation, collaborates with case managers and community partners, and supports crisis response and on-call coverage.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Human Services or related field required. Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid NYS Driver's License with an acceptable driving record. Experience working with youth or young adults in residential or supportive housing programs preferred. Strong communication, documentation, leadership, and conflict resolution skills required.
Hours: Full-Time
Salary Range: $42,764-$59,529, annually.
