General Overview: The primary purpose of the Niagara PATH (QRT) Peer Advocate is to collaborate with Niagara County Department of Mental Health and High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) to provide post overdose follow up. This will occur by the PATH Peer providing recovery oriented support, advocacy, and linkage to services to individuals identified on overdose reports forwarded by the Program Coordinator. The PATH Peer may accept referrals for preventative supports from other agencies including hospitals, jails, shelters etc.
Qualifications: Minimum of High School Diploma or general equivalency diploma. NYS OASAS CRPA, CRPA-P. Clean and Valid NYS Drivers License.
Salary Range: $40,000-$44,000, annually.
