General Overniew: The Youth & Family Clinician is responsible for the clinical services to youth, including assessments, individual and group therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention in a group home setting. Ensures clinical supervision for all staff. The role supports the therapeutic environment and promotes the mental and emotional well-being on the youth.
Qualifications: Licensed Master's-level Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or related). NYS Driver's License. Requires experience with emotionally disturbed youth, family and individual counseling, and group facilitation. Must demonstrate strong professional boundaries, conflict resolution, clinical, and supervisory skills with proven team leadership.
Hours: Full-Time
Salary Range: $60,000+ (Commensurate with license & experience)
