In September 2024, our President & CEO Robyn L. Krueger was included among Buffalo Business First's 18th Annual Women of Influence awards. The event, held at Salvatore's Italian Gardens, honored 25 of WNY's leading women in categories like Corporate Executive, Community Supporter, Innovation, and Nonprofit Leadership.

Ms. Krueger has been employed with Community Missions (CMI) since September 1977, having become the agency's President & CEO in September 1994. She began her employment with the organization as a live-in houseparent to six adolescent males in Niagara Falls. She is the agency's first full-time female CEO.
