Shelter Outreach & Follow-Up Intiative (SOFI)

The Shelter Outreach & Follow-Up Intiative (SOFI) is a pilot project underway at Community Missions. The goal of SOFI is to help reduce the isolation that can result from the experience of homelessness and increase the likelihood of success after being re-housed.
