Date: Wednesday, June 8, 2016 (rain or shine)

Registration: 11 - 12:45 p.m.

Lunch: 11:30 - 12:45 p.m.

Shotgun Start (4-Man Scramble): 1 p.m.

Dinner: 6 p.m. steak dinner (Please indicate any dietary requirements)

Dress Code: Soft spikes only, shorts acceptable (no denim), golf attire. Please advise your four-some of the proper attire.

Cost: $150 per golfer, includes cart, greens fees, lunch, gifts, beer/soda, and steak dinner. Dinner only tickets are $45. Cash bar open after play.
